To remove the old deck and rebuild install new plywood ¾ install ½ dens deck install new flashing color matching with deck install pvc deckshield 60 mil weld all seams with hot air welders install flashing pitch pan on each post

Replace existing sign with new sign of similar dimensions/look

1) set of 3 deep channel letters 24 tall dml 20 tall washing machine capsule/channel letter 24 tall x 81.5 wide cabinet all faces have 2-color translucent vinyl; (2) 36 tall x 60 wide lexan tenant panels with flat translucent vinyl copy

Fabricate and install (1) 36 wide x 42 tall illuminated sign consisting of a 36 tall x 3 deep illuminated roundel logo capsule and 1/4 thick black acrylic dimensional letters to read: drive up & go. all work to comply with 780 cmr

Fabricate & install (1) 60 tall x 48 wide x 080 thick aluminum post & panel sign with (2) 3 x 3 x 12 aluminum posts 1-sided with painted gold copy both sides and posts painted black; posts to be concrete-embedded 36 existing sign framework to be removed and offsite disposed of. all work in accordance with approved sign plan
