Warren Bregman studied architecture and became a Licensed General Contractor in 1997. We have been building in California for 24 years.

Imbuia Construction has worked with Architects and Designers to oversee, implement and build their architectural schemes, big and small. The Company’s work includes residential ground up, remodels, additions, restaurants, commercial and retail office/ production/acoustic spaces. “We know the requirements of this industry and have an understanding of detailing and structural integrity. We take pride in our workmanship and understand that preparation and planning are most important, in order to do a job once. We understand how to expedite a project through permitting and ultimately into and through production. We give design input when required and coordinate and schedule with all parties involved to get the project done in a timely manner.

We do love a more modern, contemporary flavor, however, we enjoy all styles–done well. We like to use clean lines and expose materials, showing their function and beauty in the space. We are always looking at alternate, green products like bamboo and sustainable, reusable products.
