I highly recommend Rick and team at Innovative Building Services. They replaced our 40-yr old seasonal sun room (which was rotting out and rarely used) with a beautiful all-year-round addition. It has exceeded our expectations, expanding our living space, and adding beauty and value to our home. Everyone on the team was hardworking, very respectful, and excellent at their trades, resulting in the highest of quality results. Rick was also very helpful in helping me to decide on many design aspects and choosing materials, from windows, flooring, siding, insulation, to name just a few. With a house from the 80s, I have many more projects that are needed. Unfortunately, I can't do them all at once, but I will not hesitate to call on this company to help me when I'm ready. Highly recommend Rick! We were referred to him by friends of ours who really couldn't have said better things about him. We felt that connection was very important. With contractors, there is always a slight unease going into a relationship blind, and that personal connection gave us comfort. Sure enough, Rick did excellent work, was flexible and attentive to changes or concerns, and the finished product is fantastic. We redid much of the main floor of a house we purchased, and a bathroom upstairs. It looks exactly as we hoped it would, some places even better. Rick has a great eye for detail and helped us find the design aesthetic we were looking for. He has since revisited the work a few times to make sure we were happy and asking if anything needed attention. That level of service is above and beyond. We couldn't have been more pleased and highly recommend him to anyone with work that needs to be done. He has subsequently redone my parent's bathroom and a coworker's master bath as well. The confidence I had in him that lead to my recommending him to my own parents and a coworker tells you everything you need to know.
