Three Birds Air Conditioning and heating installed a unit in a new build for us in April of 2019 and within weeks. They did come to fix the issue but even the fix was incorrect. Then, less that two months later and in the heat of a TX summer the unit went three more times. Three Birds then stopped responding to our calls for help and never came back out to fix the unit. We ended up having to call a different air conditioning company. The new company stated that Three Birds had wired our unit incorrectly and that one wire was even rubbed raw, causing the unit to short. That was fixed, and then new issues developed. Another air company was called and a host of other issues were pointed out, including the fact that Three Birds had actually used floor vents in the ceiling, and both the vents and ductwork were installed incorrectly which restricted airflow by 2/3rds. Also, both the drain and float system were wrong, causing the drain pan to overflow. So far we are out almost an additional $2k fixing the mistakes that Three Birds Air Conditioning caused. We would take them to court but they are in a different county and hiring an attorney would cost us even more than we have already spent.

Horrible customer service. Installed 2 housing units upstairs does not cool or heat 900 sq ft master. Downstairs heat pump does not work and Three Birds will not fix units. They take no responsibility for their bad work and hire illegals. I would not use this company under any circumstances, please use someone else! I am dealing with a nightmare that will cost me thousands of dollars to repair.

He installed a full unit on my property which he assured me came with a 10 yr warranty. I have tried many times to reach Alex & he is a liar, says he will come to check my A/C and never shows up.
