We love our cozy, classy home. We had a great construction manager and warranty has always been very respectful and helpful. We are grateful for our forever home beautiful neighborhood!

We have lived in our Interra built condo just under a year. Our sink clogged and the vent did not work and consequently gallons of water gushed out of the vent into our basement and between the sun flooring and kitchen laminate. Our floor is ruined. Interra said as long as it had passed code they were not responsible. It passed code but did not pass the test that a system should have. Plumbers agreed that it was a bad part and should not have happened. They quit communicating with us and never checked with plumber to see what happened. Very disappointed. Warranty not worth paper printed on
