If you use this contractor DO NOT pay him until job completely finished. He took our money and the gutter we paid for and disappeared leaving us with ugly black piping along the side of our house. Talks a good game but then disappears.

The first two times I didn't have an issue the third time they came out and recharged my Freon, but didn't check for the leak as there obviously is one as it took 6 lbs to fill and cost me an arm and a leg. I would not recommend using them as they also didn't show up at the appointment date and time that they made, costing me a day of work. Also was charged 2 hours labor when total work time was less than 30 minutes.

Responsiveness is horrible, communication is nearly nonexistent and follow-up is poor. My home warranty service selected this contactor to work on my heating system. Since this company never called me I reached out; It took this company 4 days to respond to my calls for follow-up, even the home warranty service couldn't get this contractor on the phone. Now my home can't be repaired until this contractor submits the claim form and neither I nor the warranty service can seem to get this company to answer any form of communication. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL AC CONTRACTOR TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!
