J. Blakeman Construction, operating specifically in the hospitality construction business since 1998, consists of a group of quality focused individuals. We understand the challenges of an operating hospitality environment, and meet those challenges with a comprehensive, sensible plan of action. We have a reputation for smooth running, hassle free, award wining projects. Our open communication and passion for hospitality combined with the desire to work with designers, owners, and brand representatives has allowed the team to complete some the most beautiful projects. Our determination to monitor quality in the field delivers an award caliber job every time. Our projects are regularly completed ahead of schedule, and strive for minimal or no follow up punch work to complete. We select our employees carefully, screening them to provide you with the most professional, and respectable workers available. Leading that workforce with a detailed, team oriented Project Manager to ensure an exemplary project. We are a drug free workplace, requiring random drug testing. Skilled, efficient, quality minded and trustworthy employees are the key to a successful job. We keep our work areas clean, and well organized. All crewmembers are Osha Cerified and trained for jobsite safety, and require weekly “job-box” meetings. All of our personnel are required to wear company issued shirts as well as proper, respectable attire. Our crews are very versatile, dynamic, and innovative. Below is a list of some of the services we provide. Our employees are certified and trained both specifically for the task at hand as well as general knowledge of performing that task in a hospitality setting. We are well mannered on and off site. J. Blakeman Project Managers enjoy starting very good business relationships with city, county, and state officials, often gaining their immediate trust and confidence. Your inspection process will be significantly easier, and thus your job will stay on schedule. We are also very resourceful, often times quickly solving many of the issues that arise in a hotel renovation. We are committed to being extremely flexible throughout the renovation, and respond quickly to high priority items. All of our jobs are supplied with ample tools, and employees to complete the job.
