J5 Construction LLC began as a construction company in 2019, named after our owner Joe Tocco and his 4 wonderful children, all with names beginning with the letter J. Based in North Idaho, Joe and his team have accomplished many residential and commercial challenging projects and experiences in design and build solutions. Joe has been in the industry for 18 years and is a licensed and insured contractor.
Our team takes small to large size projects and performs project management services to coordinate specialist trades for each vision. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.
J5’s objective is to deliver our clients complete and quality results in a reasonable time frame. We specialize in remodels and tenant improvements. We take pride in our work and our clients can always be assured that only the most experienced and qualified people are serving them.
