To date, the worst contractor I have ever worked with. We had a small concrete job. As it turns out, this guy Tony will lie directly to your face. He subs out the actual work, then, if it is not up to par, as was the case with our crap job, he will not pay the subs, leaving them hanging; then will not honor his commitment to do a quality job. The first sub (on our job) had to sue Tony in small claims court. He actually told the judge that he didn't pay the first sub because he was going to have to pay, out of his own pocket, to repair our original job!! And has anything been handled, or repaired/corrected? Crickets from this guy. Like the review above, he will disappear on you. He has switched cell phone #'s 3 times, doesn't answer his door, and will not stand up and get the work done. Things go wrong on jobs, that is a given. However, he will tell you multiple times that he will get it fixed for you. MONTHS will drift by while he "gets it all lined up", which will never happen. I assume his approach is to just stall/ignore in the hopes that the problem will go away. Steer clear of this fake.

Most of the job I had them do (paint house & shed, new roof house & shed, repair shed floor, inside home repair and paint, and repair deck) was good EXCEPT a few items. They said if anything went wrong within a year to call them back and they would take care of it. Brick fell off in January and leak in my dining room due to no cocking above window ...this all took place within a year of job ending. Deck was not done well AT ALL but I was willing to forgoe getting them to come back to fix this since I'm pretty sure they didn't know what they were doing. I called and emailed several times and they have yet to take care of the leak and brick. Eventually I noticed they would only answer my calls if I used someone elses phone to call, and when they did answer those calls, I was regularly given the runaround by Tony. BTW, when I used them they went by Jalisco Exteriors but now I found they go by Artisan Exteriors Omaha so PLEASE beware, as they may not come back to take care of any problems once they get paid.
