Replace the existing panel with a 200a main breaker panel 150a main breaker. move the panel to the right end of the plywood to have the required code clearance

Note 13:relocate meters and convert to a 3 gang with public bypass. install 3 breaker can disconnects under each meter. install a 200a shunt breaker set up. install the shunt breaker below where the meters are currently located. new ground rods and water meter bonding. will need a water meter location. move panels to not be within proper clearance inside the closet

Note 13: meters need to be combined as this a hot water heater meter and a regular meter. need to combine into a meter main and addition a circuit for the hot water heater into the msp. feeders are also cloth braided going into the existing 125a/100a cutler hammer. replace the feeders going into the msp and do a meter main tap with a fused disconnect
