James Taylor Construction Services Inc. and JTC Homes and Construction Inc. was formed by James Taylor in 1990 originally as James Taylor Roofing. For 28 years we have successfully served the Triangle and surrounding areas performing different projects from home renovations, HOA projects, custom building and commercial roofing. To date the JTC team has performed well over 4,000 small and large renovation projects with over 4,000 satisfied customers.

JTC is a past and current award winning service provider. JTC owns super service awards from Angie’s List in 4 different categories for 6 consecutive years and has been the top rated roofer for the past four years in the Triangle area with over 500 member reviews. Super Service awards are only given to the top 5% of all Angie’s list vendors and are primarily based on reviews and customer grading.

JTC currently replaces an average of fifteen roofs per month. We also average replacing two siding jobs, five gutter jobs, and a couple of decks per month. Our overhead is such that we are able to maintain very competitive prices while still making a profit. If you’re getting other quotes and our price seems too low, its not. You still get the same great quality, guarantees, certified manufacturer warranties, and customer service that the higher priced companies provide. We simply don’t have their overhead.
