    rebuild water heater closet and bedroom along with flooring andpainting

    Jb &Sons Construction was subcontracted by OC Restoration due to water damage from a neighbor.
    Johnny and his team had their work cut out for them rebuilding the outside and inside bedroom and closet. I was informed of everything that needed to be done, how long it would take as well as explaining the entire process with insurance. Johnny took care of all the insurance issues for us so we did not have to worry. He made the entire process STRESS-FREE. the outcome was absolutely beautiful. the rebuild of the inside bedroom left me speechless. I, of course, wanted to have things done a little differently from what it originally looked like. I did not want the carpet put back he explained that since it was an insurance claim the rebuild needed to be as before. Well, Johnny was able to put completely different flooring in. No carpet. His team managed to take old sliding closet doors and make them new again.

    Having water damage and rebuild is something no one ever wants to have happen JB & Sons made the process easy. He was always available to answer any questions no matter if the question was asked before. He even painted the entire bedroom for me. His crew was neat, respectful, and very trustworthy his crew put my entire bedroom including the bed back together again as well as hanging a 55'' television higher for me. I recommend Jb & Sons Construction. Once the job was completed(yes it took time) the detail in his report was incredible nothing was left out of the 6-10 report including the 2 extra boxes of flooring. His crew was ALWAYS on time 8 am - 5 pm

    Master bathroom remodel

    These guys are the best of the best.
    They remodeled part of my house and I could not have been happpier.
    Professional, conscientous, willing, honest.
    I can't say enough how happy we are with the work that was done.
    JOHNNY always answers his phone or gets back with you in a timely manner. They leave the house very clean when they leave in the evening.

    Horrible service. They did not make the restoration easier after a house fire. Miscommunication with his business partner (Restoration Pros),that did the demolition. They did not know what was removed and what wasn’t, so when the flooring was removed, after water damage, they stated they wouldn’t replace the flooring. But didn’t bother to call or reach out to his “partner”, until later, they confirmed that during the demo the flooring got removed. Damaged furniture, broke bathroom tile floor, and did not install wood flooring right (started to lift right away in most areas around the house). I had to reach out to have them fix and it did not get fixed. It’s been a year since the work got done and I’ve had to have someone else fix their work out of pocket. Months after they said they’d be done, they weren’t. Save yourself the trouble.

    They did an excellent job restoring my kitchen to brand new following extensive demolition due to water damage. They repaired electrical, dry wall, did painting, fixed damaged kitchen cabinets, sanded and painted the cabinets, re-installed tile on countertops, replaced kitchen window, replaced mirror. Workers are always very courteous and clean up after themselves and Johnny always returned phone calls quickly and was very patient in addressing my concerns.
