Jensen Pools and Renovations

After failing to get a couple of different pool companies out to get and estimate due to no shows or them being to busy, I searched the internet once again to find a good pool company to do our renovation. I came across Jensen Pools and Renovations. What caught my eye about the site is they specialized in renovations, not pool builds. I called them and spoke with Mr. Jensen who said he would come out that evening and sure enough, he showed up as promised. It was obvious he had been working hard all day as he said he was woorking on a pool nearby.

When Mr. Jensen looked at our pool he was immediately concerned. We had peeling paint coming off of the tile and paint residue in the pool due to the house flippers not fixing the pool correctly. He ran his hand through the pool water and paint chips stuck to his hand. He told us not to swim in the pool anymore. After looking at the pool he gave us a verbal estimate and the next day dropped off the written estimate with a list of things his team will be doing.

We met with Mr. Jensen that following Monday which was Memorial Day. The fact that he took the time to meet us on his day off and was on time spoke volumes. We selected our tile color and could tell he was super excited to do our pool project.

Mr. Jensen and his wife made sure to communicate with us all week and told us the start date as soon as supplies started rolling in. The first day of the project, this man worked all day demolishing the old pool. I mean, he was working his butt off. This is when we found out why our pool was leaking. The water fountain and area under the skimmer was completely hollow. Mr. Jensen wanted to make it right so his team ended up rebuilding the fountain which turned out so beautiful.

The whole project was smooth! The tile/coping team were so talented. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and the cuts they made. The paver team worked quickly and efficiently even with rain in the forecast. The team who finished the pool bottom really know what their doing. The pool is as smooth as a baby's butt. Mr. Jensen even brought us pastries in the middle of the project.

This man has so much integrity and work ethic! We feel luck we found his company. He really treated us like family and were always happy to see and talk to him. Mr. Jensen Pool Renovation really changed our lives. We can now enjoy our pool without any worries! We would like to thank the whole team for an amazing job!

Ed Jensen, and his wife are amazing human beings. We had a big problem with a fiberglass pool that was installed in the 80s. Our pool service recommended Ed Jensen Pools and Renovation. We call and Ed arrived, from the first day Ed displayed a genuine demeanor, kind, considerate and trustworthy. He sat in a chair on my lanai and just stared at our pool - we have 3 kids ranging from 4 years to 17 years old - the fiberglass was coming off the sides into the water - it was a dangerous situation to say the least.

After a couple minutes Ed stood up, spoke with our 4 year old a bit and then said "I will help you". It was one of the leanest times our family has had in years, but we had to get the problem fixed.

Within a couple weeks crews started arriving, they stripped all the fiberglass off the concrete (that was not part of the price), Ed did it because he felt it was the right thing to do and never charged us for that work - then came the finish which turned out beautiful, attention to detail was astounding. In all my years, I have never experienced such great customer service, kindness and someone really caring about a person.

Ed made us feel like family, on the day of the pool opening he appeared with a giant dinosaur for the pool for our toddler - he threw in turtles in the aggregate. I just don't know what else to say about this man - In my opinion I feel he was God sent and is an Angel in disguise.

I know its just a pool, but Ed made it a very special pool for our family. Every time we get into it we feel blessed to have met Ed. I recommend Jensen Pool and Renovation LLC unequivocally.
