Our family was taken advantage of by this company. Ceilings were left unpainted, many spots that needed a second coat remain, terrible trim work, and an owner whom I trusted to pay in cash took my money without providing a promised receipt. Trash was left inside and outside my home, my floors were scratched and the washable paint requested in my kids' bedrooms wipes right off. The owner made many promises to fix, then fell off the grid for a month. By the time he responded to us, I entered my third trimester of a twin pregnancy in the summer...and could not be out of my home (nor could my four dogs be left outside for two days' worth of work). He agreed to pay 50% back to us and that he would put that agreement in writing. He has not come through on either point, only to say he is "working on it." He took advantage of my family and our delicate situation where I had just lost both parents, was moving into their home, and my husband wasn't around to monitor the job . I did the best I could being pregnant to monitor the job's progress... couldn't be around fumes for long...very disappointed. To top it off, his crew went. into our garage and used MY DECEASED FATHER'S PAINT SUPPLIES:(
