    Install metal roof
    $31,500

    He installed a metal roof 11/19. Mostly well done except for a one inch gap on some of the outside corners. He agreed to refund me $500 after I caught him overcharging me. After many months and excuses he hasn't sent me anything. That's a big fail on "integrity, expectations and service". Buyer beware.

    He made so many mistakes and took shortcuts that we had many leaks and ended replacing half the roof framing. I do not recommend. Terrible attitude as well.
