JTM Builders is a woman-owned corporation. I am Nate McClung; my wife Tanya and I own and operate JTM Builders. Both of us have been in the building industry for 20 years. I am a second-generation builder. My grandfather built homes in Berkeley County. Tanya and I have worked as business partners/spouses since day one, and we make a great team. Tanya and I both have an extensive carpentry background. Combined, you are getting 40 years of experience. Nate handles the planning and structures. Tanya handles material scheduling and handing over the finished product. Tanya and I both worked and ran multiple structural carpentry crews.
We have done subcontract carpentry work for all the major builders in the tri-state area starting in 2006; in 2015, we started building our own homes. All the employees and subcontractors are vetted to meet our high-quality standards. Our spec home package is a standard upgraded home with Solid wood cabinets (cushion close included), Granite/Quartz countertops. Exterior stone, Tile showers. Lifetime warranty plumbing fixtures, All LED lighting, We use upgraded material already figured into the price tag. We do upgrade even further upon request. We can also offer custom design build plans for the customer to pick all materials. We take great pride in our work, and it shows. We listen to the client and create their dreams.
