He was rude and in a hurry to help. Toldme it was my responsibility to fix my ac. Not to ever call him again. My ac leaked all over my floor.I didn't know how to fix it. Never will call them again. And I hope nobody uses this company. The man has anger problems.

No quality supervision on projects for inspections or punchout. Owner never checks on projects or employees. The company sends 1 guy to wire an entire multi unit apartment complex from dirt to drywall. Slow to fund vendors causing document issues and insurance cancelation notices. Go elsewhere.

The company doesn't have any customer skills , told me not to contact them ,and call whoever I supposedly called , which I haddent . I called late on Friday after feeling only lukewarm air coming out & was told he could come Saturday but the charge to come out is $150. He then texted me Sat morning stating "well I guess you don't need me", I texted him back saying I got it working and will monitor it & get back to him. Myself I changed the batteries and filter & its been cycling fine. So this morning I went to text him telling him how I handled it but found a text from him saying " don't call me, call whoever you used" assuming I must have called another company to which I did NOT ! Not a very friendly guy , but he is the only person I have delt with from moving here so we shall see how he acts when I REALLY need them ❗

i had my windows installed August 18. It has been a nightmare since. They installed a sliding door ( 3 panel ) i did not order. The other door (5 ft) was not loaded on truck and sent the wrong size. A month later the 5 ft door was installed by a different crew. Then I had to wait for inspection. Finally Shane came and looked at door and said no reason inspection was not ordered. The inspector finally came and inspection failed. They had installed the wrong window in the garage. I drove to Sanford to see Mr Tillman, he was not there and worked with Amber. She got me an appointment for today 11-29 at 9-11. I have been waiting for someone to arrive, after wasting my entire morning,
now 11:44 am. I am going to the Brevard County Courthouse and set a date to sue Mr Tillman and Window World Florida. IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS since windows were installed.

DO NOT BUILD A POOL WITH THIS COMPANY! They have the worst communication during the pool building process, and once they have your money it gets worse. It has been 15 months since we contracted with them and they still have not completed my pool , there are things that are broken, not installed, and missed during construction and no one has contacted me to let me know how they are going to remedy. We've emailed the warranty department, service department, construction manager, and asked for the owner to call us. We've left voicemails numerous times - when you call, you will talk to the receptionist who will put you into voicemail - you will never get a return phone call. I still have broken water features, water features still not installed, outlets not installed, my pool equipment was defective, Pavers that need to be replaced, a leak in my equipment and they removed so much dirt around my pool i now have to pay to have it graded properly. The worst part is when i am able to speak to someone, they are never the responsible party and always pass me off to someone else that I can't ever get a hold of. It is a terrible feeling when you are consistently ignored after you spend a lot of money.

Further to my email of December 11 and my phone call of today, I am totally disappointed with your customer service and the lack of respect that your company has for their customers.

I called this morning to ensure that I have an appointment with the technician who didn’t finished the service call on December 8, because he has an emergency call and left leaving the job unfinished.

When I called your company today around 8:30a, the man who answered told me that yes I have an appointment on the afternoon, when I inquired the time he says anytime after 12p. So I raced to do a few chores and I was home at 12p. Now is 7:05p the technician never showed up and no one in your company has the courtesy of calling and let me know the status of the call. Shame shame on your company. I will make sure that my ordeal goes on all cites so the customers will know what a terrible service you provide.

They were hired to maintain my equipment from when I purchased my house new. They told me they registered all of my equipment and never did. I had to move on from them for lack of support. Now I have an AC problem and found out it will cost me double because the equipment was never registered. DS Air Conditioning is who I use now

This company is fantastic! I found them on Homeadvisor, and I am so glad I did!
The technician came out to check on my A/C unit the same morning I called them. The tech was friendly and courteous and he also informed me the broken part was under warranty. He got my air conditioner working again right away! I would highly recommend them.

Awesome experience! I especially want to say a big thanks to our installer Grant and his crew! I cannot believe how quickly and professionally my job was completed. We used to have hot rooms in our home and my son had trouble sleeping his room got so hot it barely cooled off at night. Everything is uniform now and beautiful! The insides of the windows are cool to the touch, even on the ones with direct sunlight. I plan to do the rest of the house this fall and I would not think of using anyone else.

I had a great experience with the rep Robert who showed me where my current windows are vulnerable to storms and break ins. He was able to work out a deal with his state director if I would agree to be a showcase home which I thought was pretty cool. I can’t believe how much this new durashield is helping with my electric bill. Install took one day and it was about 2 months from contract signed to install. I highly recommend HPA......

This outfit is nothing but a bunch of crooks. They will come out and cause more harm then good to your unit. Once you get involved with them it is on going problems with your unit. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.

Very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. They showed up when they said they would and replaced my water heater and toilet in no time at all. Cleaned up so thoroughly that you didn’t even know they’d been here! Excellent price for an excellent job and would thoroughly recommend.

We recently added an addition to our cottage that included a new bath. Pecosta's did the job at what I think was a very fair rate. They were here when they said they would be and were courteous and efficient at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend or call upon the company again.

Rain or Shine put a new roof on my mothers house 5 years ago. After mom passed we were doing a lot of work on her house in order to br able to sale and noticed a spot on exterior of roof. I called Rain or Shine at 5:15pm hoping they would still be in office, but received their answering service. They not only called me back immediately, they pulled original permits, and came out that very evening, probably at least a 45 mile round trip. It turned out that a squirrel had eaten the flashing around electrical entry. They inspected the entire roof, inside even in attic, and outside, sealed around the flashing with tar and then gave me a roof certification for the home sale and never charged me a penny. I gave him all the cash I had at the time, $40, but would have expected to pay hundreds for the service they provided, especially at that time of the evening. Rehabing a house, I have had to deal with all types of home repair and installation companies and without a doubt, hands down, these people are absolutely the best you could hope for. I had honestly given up on the term service until I called Rain or Shine. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend for any and all roofing needs. They not only provide quality work at affordable ptices they stand behind their work with "service".

Service tech arrive after rescheduling twice in same day. Arrived and did not identify company or himself. Tech was more concerned about getting his service fee of $80.00 rather than figuring out what was wrong with the unit. I had to tell him it was not a single unit but a dual zoned application then explain what had to be done to fix the situation. I believe the operation is a scam. I also was trying to talk to someone today (8-4-2020) but was switched from voice mail hell only after pushing as many buttons I could on the phone to talk to someone and then was transferred to another and was told service manager was not available and would call back at his convienience. I will be call my credit card holder to cancel the $80.00 service charge. Thank you.

Recommended by my father also had Ryan as a sales associate he was the main source of my happiness. Anytime I had even the faintest question or problem I called Ryan and he handled it immediately. What more can you ask for in a company. They also did what they said and had the project done within 6 weeks And did an excellent job installing impact windows on my second floor

We had a leak untder the concrete that needed immediate attention. We also had a couple issues we had been putting off for a while. Ugo came out and took care of everything. He was very professional, proficient and didn't over charge (in my opinion). I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and EVERYONE!! Mitch and his team were knowledgeable and very easy to work with. This service operation was prompt, courteous, and they did a terrific job installing our new bathroom and fixing repairs to an old house. I would use them in the future and recommend this company to anyone searching for a quality plumbing company.

We had an emergency leak in the laundry room on a copper pipe. Ugo came out straight away and had the issue fixed within a few hours. Very professional and honest.

Took 9 months to finish the job, had to Basically fight with the Management that one window was the WRONG size, which it was, cause the Scews weren't Even screwed into the house on top and bottom Even had a 2" piece of styrofoam in the middle of the window holding the window up with 2" spray foam and
1-3/4" Foam at top, and got stood up on 2 appointments, and got Yelled at by Management over the phone, Very Rude and not polagetic,NEVER Will RECOMMEND

Horrible experience. Dont even let the sales people come in. Three hours later you will be convinced this is the best decision you could make. And a salesman who says after calling his boss several times about pricing, "well, there goes my commission". After two years of begging them to complete four windows and a slider, dealing with wrong deliveries, not what ordered, installing wrong products, shoddy workmanship, I am tossing in the towel and proceeding with legal. Writing a letter to Business Consumer Alliance, and looking into their licensing. It only got one star because u have to put it down to get the message out. Give it to the guy who repaired my tiles.

Whatever you do stay away from this company like the plague, we have been trying to get a warranty replacement slider for 8 months because the seal between the glass panels broke and caused the glass to get hazy. We have had nothing but the run around for 8 months everything from oh it broke in the warehouse, oh yea we ordered that let me check the warehouse, and worst of all from Carlos the supposed manager himself if you want to call him that “things just get hectic around here” is not an excuse to have not having ordered a panel for 8 months with us calling multiple times a month. We have finally given up and are taking legal action as there is mold growing inside our sliding glass door.

I would definitely recommend Synergy Contracting Group! I can't say enough good about Synergy! They took a horrible event and walked us through to completion. We now have a home that is better than before! We had a pipe break in the wall between the kitchen and dining room. We didn't know it until water began seeping through the laminate floor. I immediately called The plumber and they sent someone out. Next. I called Synergy and Jeff came out and looked the situation over. Then the work began. They dried everything out, removed the wet wallboard, removed the wet cabinets and flooring. They assigned us Marc Blanco to oversee and schedule the work. HE WAS WONDERFUL! The scheduling and work went flawlessly. Marc helped us find a place to live during construction, made suggestions and helped us through picking out all the necessary materials to complete the job. We were able to upgrade (at our expense) and now have a kitchen we love. The work was completed before expected timeframe and we couldn't be happier. Marc and all of the crews were polite, professional, friendly and diligent in their work. I'd especially like to thank David, Bashkin, Ted and Joey (granite guy) for a job which exceeded our expectations! Thank you Synergy - keep up the good work. One more thing I would like to add is that the neighbors could not believe that work was being done EVERY day - without exception. Unheard of with most contractors!

Vey Happy with this company both Tommy and Nathan were very pleasant and so far so good I haven't had any issues. some locks are tight but other than that it looks just beautiful.

Our condo assoc. uses GFS for many repairs on our buildings up to and including entire roof replacement, which our unit had done several months ago. Everything has been fine.

I had All American Air & Electric install my new air conditioning system, but I would not recommend them to others. The unit they installed is not very efficient, and they could not get it corrected. I was disappointed in their service.

I recommend Rosensteel's. There were 3 problems with the install and I advise watching that carefully. These were resolved but I did need to dispute with the credit card. But price and service were excellent otherwise and no problems since. The 3 issues were aesthetic. They initially placed unit in same spot as the old one but this was taller and I had to point out it was blocking the window. After install I saw the back of unit was placed facing the side and looked odd and there were only enough cement blocks for the base to support it but left gaps and I wanted a solid appearance. They fixed these but when they came to do it had not brought extra blocks as they were to do. Fortunately I found some.

I tried a repair on my own, thought it would be simple but the age of the valve stuck it hard. Half done and water off and biting my nails, he came and fixed it and did not even chide me for trying it myself. Super talented and professional. I've used him twice now and have never had a problem.

The only call to make. Crew is ALWAYS on time, respectful and clean up daily. Mr. Pomerleau & his crew work toward perfection and your satisfaction. His suggestions saved me $$ on insurance. HIGHLY recommend!

Please, Read TO THE END! Don't be fooled by their sales representative, since you might get the impression that it is a great company. Horrible company, poor work,poor customer service, only a few employees are trained to perform the work. Be ready that they will not show up to work or will come whenever they wish. If they show up they will tell you that forgot some instruments and will disappear for week or two. If it is your primary residence please supervise the workers at all the time, since some of the workers will steal. If you have little children at no time leave them without supervision. One of their strange workers sneaks to the room where my child was sleeping. I caught him right away and got him out of my house for good. He was asked specifically not to go to that room, and after he was caught had no explanation why he went there.That particular worker early that day told me how much he loves god and showed me his big cross. The bottom line is the company does not check their worker's criminal records. Please, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Read Google reviews. This company is a nightmare! The hold time is greater than 30 mins just to get a tech out. After a 3 day wait. The techs apparently work on commission and wanted me to pay almost 500.00 to recharge my freon to test for a leak. I Refused service since i had seen the compressor smoking and sparking with stuff (freon) coming out of the side.) I call another company who Came the same day. Said it was a bad compressor and a pin had come loose due to heat. Said other guy a fraud to charge for freon when a leak test is done with nitrogen. A leak test was not even needed. Don't use this company.

Company was subcontracted for service. Appointment was scheduled for 4pm-8pm on 5/02/16. Company NEVER SHOWED UP. After customer called at 7:35pm to find out status for technician, TAC rep stated that he was on his way home and that others were running behind 1 1/2 hours. Customer stated that they still wanted TAC to come out as scheduled for service and repair. Customer waited until 9:35pm, and TAC never showed up to provide service. Between 8pm and 9pm, customer spoke twice (2 times) with rep, and rep stated that "they" were on their way to provide service. NO SHOW!

I had to leave and miss work to be able to receive service. If I would to charge my company rate for the services I provide to clients, I would charge $110 per hour. How about if I charge the company 5.5 hours for my waiting time. So with my company rate, the total would be $605.00 that I would like to be returned.

If you google the company, you will find many other BAD reviews by many others about the exact same service problem, and many other problems for that matter.

I choose MHS Commercial and Residential to install my high end travertine tile into my home the installation was over $12,000.00 . The tile was installed terribly. The grout lines are not even, the tiles are unleveled with corners sticking out everywhere and the tile was not sealed as promised plus not to mention they busted a refrigerator drainage line that caused a leak into my kitchen causing mold and over $20,000.00 .

After the install of the tile I was getting promises weekely that they will come by the following week to do the repairs and they never showed up until 2 months later. After a few months they sent a guy to replace 8-10 tiles the tiles were removed and it took them about a month to put in the new tiles. So I had holes in my floor for months and 1 of my daughters cut her toe pretty bad. Replacing the tiles did not fix anything. They decided that the only option was is to hone the tile down. Its been 6 months and nothing has gotten repaired I had to hire a lawyer and now they are saying nothing is getting repaired and said go ahead and sue us. Please do yourself, family and bank account a favor and do not use MHS COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL
