Kappus Construction, Inc. was incorporated 2003. We specialize in residential new home construction using energy saving building techniques and green building guidelines. We have experience using Superior Walls Foundations, Poured Wall foundations, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS), Structural Insulated Sheathing (SIS), Advantech ZIP wall sheathing, Geothermal HVAC, Radiant Floor Heating, Geodesic Dome construction, Building Sciences, and open to new ideas.
