We also take in to consideration the city’s plans for future sites around the existing area to make sure we are developing properties that correspond with future plans.
Kasmier Development has all the expertise, including contract civil engineers, Land clearing contractors, utility contractors for infostructure, Road contractors either paving or concrete, erosion control companies that comply with all EPA and local codes for erosion, Surveyors for all required surveys per project.
Kasmier Development will either purchase land for development or work with the land owner on a joint venture basis.
