Misrpresented himself as a good tiler and with the ability to do quality work on our bathroom remodel. He is incredibly slow with poor craftmanship. Told us and put in writing that he would have our bathroom done in 8 days. After 20 days of horrendous stress and the job still not finished, we fired him! We never knew when he was going to show up and most of the time he would stay till 7pm. He would put in tiles and have to rip them out. Sometimes only getting in 5 tiles a day! Finally, after 14 days of just trying to get the tiling in (which we have a small bathroom) he brought in another guy to fix and finish most of the tiling. The new guy was great and would have finished it but ran out of tile. Kurt, owner of kbdre also, damaged walls in my house by his carelessness. Also, before the job was finished he wanted to be paid early. The contract clearly states that he would be paid the remainder of the balance after the job was complete. While discussing this, he became angry and rude. This contractor (Kurt Kreager) is very unprofessional and I hope this reveiw will spare others out there, the grief that we have gone thru in dealing with this man! There is so, so much more I could say but I think this is enough.
