Keener Homes is headquartered in Tellico Village and has been building quality homes in Loudon, Monroe, Tellico Village, Rarity Bay, Kahite, WindRiver, and surrounding areas since 1994.
Keener Homes is a family-owned business that believes quality and integrity fuel customer relations and satisfaction. We have assembled a team of people who will work directly with you from the initial design through the placement of your house, on your lot, to adding the final touches to create a masterpiece you call home.
We have hand-selected our suppliers for you, so that your dream home will be uniquely yours - from windows, custom cabinetry, plumbing fixtures and flooring to electrical layout. Important decisions such as the locations of electrical switches, plugs, and fixtures as well as telephone/cable connections are determined by conducting an on-site walk-through inspection with you.
Our happy customers are across the area, including Tellico Village, Oak Ridge, Knoxville, Kahite, WindRiver, Rarity Bay, and Loudon. Keener Homes is a Rarity Bay custom home builder. We are also a Rarity Approved Builder.
We will help you give your home its individual detail at every step, details such as solid poplar wood trim moldings, custom built-ins, wainscot panels, and custom fireplace mantels.
