Kelly General Contracting’s President, Ryan Kelly, has 15+ years experience in the SWFL construction industry. During this time Ryan has had the opportunity to work with multiple, very successful, SWFL construction companies. With a humble beginning working in concrete as a laborer, Ryan has grown to be a Senior Construction Manager/ Project Manager on large commercial builds. Responsibilities as a Sr. CM included estimating, owner contract execution, permitting, buyout and execution of all sub-contracts, liaison for Owners/ Owner’s Reps, scheduling and over-all management of projects from an executive level. Working for strong companies along the way, Ryan was able to develop great procedures and systems which have become personal operating habits. After passing the General Contractor test in 2015, Ryan has been working with SWFL Construction leaders, continuing his hands-on education of the industry minutia.
