I brought a new home because I didn't want to have to deal with a lot of structural problems. Well that didn't happen with a Kerley every time I turn around there is a new problem now of course the answer I get is that it's out of Warranty. How does a new roof last less than 2 years (2nd leak) and does a problem with the temperature of the hot water in ONLY the kitchen get kicked around until you got it! It's out of WARRANTY. I brought the water problem up at final walk thru and he swore it was the water heater only need turning up, I did that and almost burned myself in the shower but still not a good temp in the kitchen.

My husband and I purchased a Kerley Family home at Cowan Ridge last year. When we were ready to close the agent that we had originally dealt with was no longer there. However, we met one of the most polite and helpful agents, Stephanie Flowers. Even though Stephanie was not our initial contact, she was always happy and willing to answer any of our questions -- a very pleasant individual, indeed!

Permits

We bought our home 04/2020. Kerley has been impossible to work with ever since we closed. Things were left unfinished. No one followed up. Took 4 months just to get windows cleaned. Over a month to get screens for windows. Blinds were never completed. Water damage took days to be addressed and then months to plug holes in walls. Our retaining wall was not built on a proper foundation and is sinking and they refuse to fix it, even stated it’s exactly what a wall should look like. They lie about showing up to look at things. No one communicates. The workmanship is poor and the supplies they use are Low builder grade, but they want custom home prices. They never show up when promised. Their entire reputation is poor for our community. People tell lookers not to buy in this neighborhood constantly. They don’t care about the product they are selling you.
