Totally incompetent. Tried to replace my 2 speed pool pump with a one speed pump. Then, when he got the two speed pump he couldn't figure out how to get both speeds to run. When I had someone else take a look, it took 10 minutes to fix the problem. This guy doesn't know what he's doing.
