I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. They recommend a particular unit for my office which ended up being significantly small for the space. As a result, the a/c unit broke several times since I purchased it. I had to pay more than $350 for each time the unit broke, which totaled to more than $1,000 a year. Additionally, they took several days to come and fix the unit. I was left having to see clients with several fans blowing and ultimately had to cancel a few appointments. We live in florida! You cannot be without a/c in the summer. The company would not take responsibility for their mistake and instead said “sue me”. Completely unprofessional.
Do not waste your money with this company. Completely awful customer service. -

I had a good experience with Robert. My unit was 16 years old and leaking the old gas from the outside unit. He gave me 3 options. Try to fix the outside unit with no warranty. a used system outside, or a whole new system inside and out. I didnt have the money so they gave me 2 years financing. Installed the new unit the next morning.
