The custom home builder has experienced tremendous success and recognition in the Charlotte area. Kingswood Custom Homes builds custom homes in well known and respected Charlotte neighborhoods such as The Sanctuary, The Point, Springfield, The Club at Longview, The Penninsula and many more. During the fall of 2009 they also started building in the historic town of Charleston, SC and the surrounding areas.

The staff at Kingswood Custom Homes has since increased from the original husband and wife team to include an award winning Project Manager and an interior designer to provide it's clients with a quality product and excellent service from concept to closing.
