KMI Contracting L.L.C. is owned and operated by Bryan Matock and Don Kieffer. We have over 68 + combined years of experience in the residential home building, commercial tenant improvement, and remodeling experience. We can take the raw piece of dirt with no improvements and turn it into your dream home.
Our success comes from our desire to provide our clients with excellent service, on-time performance, budget controls, quality control and the communication that is necessary for you to keep up to date on your building experience. You, the client, matter to us and we want to provide you with a high degree of construction and workmanship in order to meet your high expectations in quality.
