Took a deposit check, cashed it, never called to let us know he wasn't going to show up, when he did finally respond we gave him a choice to do the work or refund our money. Kevin then claimed he mailed us a check which we have yet to receive, then claimed to meet up at a later date to give refund then backed out and basically told us to kiss his you know what. He is a thief!
