With a history tracing back to the early 1900s as the Maurice A. Knight Company, the firm pioneered the KNIGHT-WARE® vitreous ceramic stoneware for chemical processing. Today, the company focuses on corrosion prevention solutions for highly corrosive environments in the environmental, chemical, and mining industries. The engineering team collaborates closely with Electro Chemical Manufacturing and Superior Dual Laminates to deliver tailored lining systems. Knight Material Technologies operates fabrication shops in Baytown, Texas and Emmaus, Pennsylvania, and maintains sales offices in Australia, Canada, and Chile. The company became an independent entity in December 2021 after a divestiture from Koch Engineered Solutions.
