    Honest, Knowledgeable and Dependable

    We hired Joe to do work for us including painting, window Install and some minor structural modifications. He was very knowledgeable and helped us decide how to do what we wanted in the best way that also was most economical. He really cared and wasn't just concerned with getting the job or getting paid. Would highly recommend. Very dependable and takes pride in his work. Will use him again!

    Had him out for a roof estimate. He was the only contractor that told me the truth, that if I only had 1 layer on my roof, that I could save money by going right over it. Code allows 2 layers. Everyone else told me I had to strip it first. The job went quick and smooth. Looks beautiful. I've told my friends.

    Joseph Koslik started a construction job (building a garage and room on top) at my home in April of 2011.
    He took 2/3 of the money and never did the job. All he did was tear down our porch & cut down some trees and left our home like that. Filed criminal charges in February of 2012, but it was thrown out because they said it is a "civil" matter. Have not seen him since
