Kozyra Construction

Kozyra Construction, founded in 1972, is a custom modular home builder primarily serving Western and Central Massachusetts. We are a fully insured, family owned and operated business.
In addition to being a modular builder we also have our own trucks, backhoe, bulldozer and excavator which enable us to do the site work and septic systems. This allows us to control costs and to maintain tighter control while scheduling work on your home.

Our team includes:
Fred graduated from Westfield State University and has an MA from Ball State University. A custom modular home builder since 1972, he has a Construction Supervisor's License, Home Improvement Contractor's License and a Septic Installer's License in many area towns.
Marilyn graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She is the bookkeeper and office manager.
Freddie joined the company full time after graduating from Fitchburg State University with a degree in Construction Technology and has been working full time as a modular builder since 1995. He also holds a Construction Supervisor's License.
Mike joined the company full time after graduating from Westfield State University with a degree in Business Management and has been working full time as a modular builder since 1998. He also holds a Construction Supervisor's License.
Joe graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Civil Engineering and works for the company part-time doing much of the computer work.
Kozyra Construction has used many of the same subcontractors for foundations, plumbing, heating, electrical, flooring and cement work for many years. They are professionals and an integral part of our Kozyra Construction team.
