I would not recommend this builder to anyone. While we love our home the experience getting to this point was terrible. He was seldom on site to greet sub contractors and ensure work was being done correctly. The communication was painful throughout the process. Multiple items remain either not to our satisfaction or simply in disrepair. The masonry work, painting, and grading were the most severe. When I sent these remaining items to the builder they were ignored as they felt I owed them more money even though these items remained. I have proof of all correspondence related to this. It’s pretty sad when attention to detail and customer satisfaction is ignored.

Great person. Attention to detail is A++. Very meticulous and cares about the homes he builds. If we were to ever build again, I would definitely hire Kris again. Hard working and family oriented as well.
