This was the worst experience. Let's start with Nelson Mojica. A complete FRAUD. To begin he started work on my house without a permitt. He stated he didn't need a permit for demolition and of course the town showed up and tols him he was illegaly working. He then took a month to get a permit. Any competent contractor could have gotten that permitt in a week of two. Completly inefficent. When he did start the work it was unreliable and they started to ask for advances before completeting the contracted work. I refused to pay him an advanceuntil he met his contractual obligations. I have never worked with a mroe dishonest and mentally incapable individual. Makes sense why the reviews on his website are from his wife, more fraud. Do not trust and do not work with this fraudulent company.
