NEVER USE Alternative Solar LLC. My project to this date is still not completed. It's been 7 months and I have not once had my project manager contact me. A child must have setup the phone system they have as its jeopardy music as you wait. I have contacted the city to verify that Alternative Solar LLC is in fact still working on my permit.........nope. City confirmed they have not received anything since initial submission that was rejected due to errors. I would have spent the extra few grand for a better company. Finally read the fine print!!!! My sales contract had items like attic run and a radiant barrier in it. There was an error and we resigned, but all that was now missing. So, I have been paying an eclectic bill and a solar loan for months.

Definitely would not recommend. Our solar project was completed on February 2022. We STILL do not have a clear answer as to whether or not it is working properly. We can never talk to anyone that actually knows anything. It is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like we have completely been taken advantage of.

We had solar panels installed in December 2019. We were misquoted on the price and this had to be corrected. This was done. The workers broke a water line and used the restroom outside my home leaving toilet paper strewn throughout for my dogs to find. Continue on to 2022. The company had to replace 4 panels which they couldn’t find a match to our system which is silver not black. They ordered black and said they don’t make the silver color anymore. This took a month to get the correct color. We have had nothing but trouble with this company. They sent 4 crews out now and the system is still not functioning. One crew laid out on our patio and took naps under the fans. They turned the electricity at our barn off and all the food in our refrigerator and freezer went bad. The panels have not been producing since July of this year and they damaged my roof when they did the reinstall. I call at least one to two times a week and get the same response that they are working on getting someone out to fix this issue. In the meantime I still have a solar panel payment and a $550 electric bill to pay every month. Stay away from this company. They will give you the runaround until you feel like you are going crazy!

Project was quoted at just over $26, 000 invoiced for over $32,000 March 29th, 2022 Total run around from the company and refusal to issues a corrected invoice. They need to get their product off my roof!

Would NOT recommend. The panels were installed on October 25, 2021. We were told an electrician would complete the job within two weeks. This is January 3, 2022 and no one has contacted us. The first payment was December 25,2021 and no connection. We were told we would be reimbursed for the first payment. Did not happen. We made several calls and all we get is the runaround and lies. Alternative Solar can come get this crap off my roof.
