Lakeview Design & Construction, Inc. was started in 1984 as Seattle Solarium by Bob Dorres and Rollin Francisco. Both have degrees in architecture from UW and extensive backgrounds in energy conservation, solar greenhouses, and specialty glazing. But they found that their real passion was the whole process of remodeling, from design through completion.
Lakeview Design & Construction has consistently won Excellence in Remodeling Awards. Winning categories have included: Best Addition, Best Bathroom, Best Kitchen, and Best Finish Details.
