Larry Good learned the building business from his father and started his own company in1972. Now his son Brian Good is Owner and President, making this a third-generation family business. Brenda Gootee, Brad Gootee, Wes Patrick, Kathy Turner and Kenny Mead complete the team that share a love for custom home construction and a deep commitment to excellence. The company delivers on its promise that “we are the builder that does more than we promise.” Because of our insistence on total customer satisfaction, a Larry Good experience and product exceed the client’s expectations. The result is the majority of our business is referral. Larry Good has built multiple homes for many families and continues to build customer relationships that will endure throughout the years. The craftsman working on our homes are a select group considered the best in their respective areas. Many of them have been with us as far back as the 1970s and 1980s. Typical features of a Larry Good custom home include energy efficient windows, 5 Star Energy Rating and high efficiency heat and cooling systems, custom cabinetry, marble vanity tops, hardwood floors, granite and quartz countertops. We will include as many amenities as the client desires.
