Layman & Son Enterprises, LLC was founded by Mike Layman in 2003. Joe Layman acquired a 51% interest in the company in 2004, leading to the formation of Layman Brothers Contracting. Mike Layman has 20 years experience in the gutter and insulation contracting business with progressive experience from installer, superintendent, salesman and now owner/operator. Joe Layman has 18 years experience in construction/project management and is a licensed professional engineer. The insulation division specializes in residential and commercial insulation installed sales. We offer multiple insulation systems ranging from batt insulation, blown-in wall insulation, blown cellulose, fiberglass, sprayed foam urethane and core fill. The gutter division consists of multiple crews with vast experience in seamless aluminum, seamless copper, half-round aluminum,and various gutter guard systems. Due to our inventory, manpower and experienced workforce, we are able to offer next day service on our work.
