I would highly recommend Renewal by Alderson. They did a great job from start to finish. I had some minor exterior siding work around the windows that they performed for me as well that they did a great job with. The were quick and clean. The stainer also did a great job on the interior. He could've been a tad more clean but still did a great job matching the other wood work, etc.
I had a defective screen that needed to be replaced and that was took a fair amount of time and calls to get them back there but that was more of a company/sales rep issue I think.
Overall, a job well done and again, would recommend them.

I had my sink and kitchen faucet replaced by them in 2015 and they did a great job and I was very satisfied! It wasn't an easy job since the pipes had to be rerouted but they were able to do it in such a way that it worked out great. I would highly recommend this company for HVAC or plumbing work, they're the best!

This company is a scam! Our Insurance company State Farm recommended them and they made appointments four times and never showed up and never called. For one wasting my time is a big problem. Second when they did show up for a roof inspection from a storm it was some old guy and his wife and they were unable to climb the roof (really). Then some guys from Arizona came back and we are in Missouri they got on the roof and took pictures stating for sure the roof needed to be replaced. Also we have broken window from a storm from four months ago. This storm our neighbors had a deck on their roof so not like it was small storm or something. Anyhow, this company never submitted any of the pictures to State Farm and our claim was denied. Never mind we still have a damaged roof and a broken window all during winter time. Then we had another storm and found more shingles in the grass so they made another appointment and they never showed up and then State Farm said they spoke with them and they were on they're way over and they never showed up. Never Mind that State Farm took 500.00 for the deductible and we got nothing fixed. Now State Farm another scam company says for us to go find our own contractor so we will and the company I pick will be a BBB A plus rating. I will tolerate no more no shows from any company ever again. What a Joke!
