Opening our doors in 2005, LG Development Group was founded by Brian Goldberg as a real estate development company focused on producing luxury residential and commercial properties. We quickly realized we had an opportunity to more effectively serve our clients and partners, and in 2008, we started LG Construction Group, offering general contracting services independent from LG Development Group, then LG Advantage, a fully staffed small projects and service division, and our most recent venture, LG Design, a modern interior design division. Each team offers a powerful combination of different skills and abilities, and being under one roof, we’re able to provide those high-quality services in a collaborative, cohesive environment.
Over the past 14 years, our hard work and dedication to perfection has established us as a premier full-service general contracting and development firm. Our portfolio ranges from ultra-luxurious single-family homes to top-rated restaurants and retail to multi-family adaptive reuse apartments and new construction condominiums. Our knowledge of Chicagoland combined with an aptitude to adjust to market needs is unlike any other; we’re nimble enough to take on what others can’t and turn it into a thriving successful project.
