Lindy Design Build is a licensed general contractor based in Denver, Colorado, specializing in residential remodeling and design-build construction. Managing Partner Lars Lindquist has held a GC license and been building in residential construction since age 17. Superintendent Dave Lowrey brings over 40 years of field experience to every project.
We handle kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, primary suite remodels, full main-level renovations, home additions, and historic home restorations across Denver, Lakewood, Aurora, Golden, Littleton, and Jefferson County. Every project is permitted, inspected, and managed under Lars's license.
