Monkarsh, a third-generation contractor originally from Los Angeles, began his building career early, completing a four-unit condominium project in Malibu at age 17 and later constructing custom homes in Encino, California. With experience spanning custom home construction, large-scale apartment renovations, and property management, Monkarsh established LM Construction Co after relocating to Las Vegas in 1995. The company focuses on commercial projects, including new construction and renovation of apartment buildings and condominium properties.
