I hired Long Island Powerwash to clean my roof because I had black stains on the front of my roof. I was very concerned because because the thought of using a powerwasher to clean my roof and the damage that could be done was very scary ! I did a lot of research about roof cleaning and went on to Angies list and found Long Island Powerwash, I was very impressed with the reviews they had received over 140 in total happy customers that had gave them a 5 a+ rating ! I called John the owner and asked him to come and get me a estimate, he arrived at the time he said he would and was very professional and fully explained his process which was a SOFT WASH PROCESS where no pressure would be used he also explained that there are contractors locally using what they called "low pressure high volume processes" that that don't damage roofs and that although they claim no damage will occur that is not the case. ANY CONTRACTOR THAT USES A POWERWASHER ON A ROOF DAMAGE WILL BE DONE ! . he showed me some articles from roof manufacturers verifying what he said was true and cautioned me to stay clear of any contractor that uses any type of power was her on a roof. He was very nice and set my mind at ease. He gave me what I felt a very honest estimate so I hired his company and we set a day to clean my roof. John and his team showed up on that day on time and encouraged me to watch his process. I was AMAZED ! my roof looks like brand new and like a man of his word NO PRESSURE was used. I would recommend john and his company to anyone and everyone that wants a honest power washing company. I will also use them in the spring to do my house and patio. 1 word of caution is there are others that claim to be long island Powerwash if you do a search online but there is ONLY 1 LONG ISLAND POWERWASH ! And the owner is John Randazzo
