    Lou Ulmer was a complete disaster. I am sad that I didn't google him to begin with as he was hired to complete a job in Jan., it has been three months and the job is still not done. He has left the worksite in a complete mess, didn't clean up, oil all over my driveway from his vehicle, and the bathroom has been gutted and he now quit as he cannot complete the job. DO NOT HIRE HIM>>>>>

    DO NOT use Louis Ulmer construction for anything! He is a ripoff, a thief, and a lair. He has multiple civil cases against him dating back to 2012. His most recent one was in Beaver county for $9000!

    I was going to have him do some work for me, but once he got his $700 down payment, he was nothing but excuses for two weeks on why he couldn't start that day. Ultimately, I fixed the problem myself for a lot less money and work then he claimed was needed, but I'm still out $700. The constable was useless, hew claimed he couldn't serve the court papers because Ulmer wouldn't open the door.
