LoyaWilke Architects grew out of the commitment that Al Loya, AIA and Dana Wilke, AIA made to the El Paso Region; “to establish a higher level of expertise driven architecture to our healthcare, science and technology Clients in El Paso”.

Al Loya, AIA owned Dimensions Architects, a successful El Paso Architectural Firm and Dana Wilke, AIA was the Managing Partner of PhiloWilke Partnership, a Houston Firm, highly specialized in healthcare, science and technology. The merger of the two firms established the PhiloWilke Partnership office in El Paso, Texas in 2010. In 2017, the partners of PhiloWilke Partnership decided to close the El Paso office and keep their Houston office to focus in the Houston market where they continue to practice, without ownership in LoyaWilke Architects.

The departure of PhiloWilke Partnership from El Paso gave Al Loya, AIA the ability to establish his own practice once again and continue the promise made to our El Paso Clients. LoyaWilke Architects’ home grown talent has the expertise and ambition to provide the highest level of project delivery and technical expertise in specific market sectors like: K-12, higher education, retail, commercial, healthcare, science and technology.

Our 100% El Paso owned firm will continue to grow the dream and to provide a firm where we can continue to nurture young talent and keep our youth in El Paso.
