Here at LP Customs, our services are building houses, additions, screen porches, garage and pole barns, basement finishes, kitchen remodels and exterior work (roofing and siding). We are not paper contractors who sub out all work. I am not just the General Contractor, I am the builder as well. My team and I are on the job every day. Since we do all phases of work (except plumbing, heating and electrical work which I have to sub out to licenced contractors), this eliminates the hassle of many subcontractors on one project.
