The Luster Group (TLG) is a multi-discipline, commercial construction and consulting firm. We believe successful projects solve our clients’ problems while staying in budget and on schedule. So, we carefully design plans that ensure every project is completed with these goals in mind.

Our company laid its foundation in 2001 with TLG’s headquarters in Baton Rouge, La., and has since grown to include a second location on Choctaw Drive and an office in Clarksdale, Miss.

The Luster Group comprises four divisions: Program Management, Commercial Construction, Design and Build, and Site Work and Concrete.

We have over 12 years of experience in the field of planning and design with an emphasis on renovations, additions, new building design, site adaptations, cost estimating and specifications.

Whether working with public or private clients, our program management process emphasizes leadership, consensus-building and expert management of a diverse team of owners, end users, designers, contractors and facility managers to achieve the goals and objectives of the program.

We also provide programming and master planning services to assist school districts, cities and municipalities in identifying project needs, developing long-term physical planning and implementing budgets. Once a long-range facility's plan is completed, we can assist owners in procuring funding, and TLG has the in-house experience and staff needed to manage the implementation of all engineering (A/E) development services within the plan.
