    Donnie Waide was the answer that we were looking for. We were torn between just buying a new home or remodeling/adding an addition to the home that we loved and had lived in for 20 years. We had outgrown our home but loved the area.

    Lyndee Construction brought multiple solutions and designs to the table, they were professional, courteous and timely. We decided to add on and we could not be happy with the quality of workmanship - He is a perfectionist and that is an understatement! He was there every day and we felt like a team with Lyndee Construction.

    I would recommend them for any project large or small. I would never use anyone else again!

    Lyndee Construction far exceeded our expectations and laid all of our anxieties to rest as soon as the deconstruction/reconstruction began. Donnie Waide provided expert "vision" and openly discussed the pros and cons of our requested addition and revisions. He made very positive suggestions that enabled us to improve our previous plans. We added a bedroom, sun room, walk-in closets and deck, as well as completely remodeled our master bathroom and converted the loft into a sitting area, bedroom, private bathroom and storage space. All of this on an extensively sloped, landscaped lot. We highly recommend Lyndee Construction to anyone who is considering a remodel or addition.

    Donnie waide lyndee construction is the bomb. Have known Donnie for a very long time, he has built an awesome walk in closet in our master bedroom, built a killer deck around our above ground pool( two tier ) and enclosed garage into a entertainment room with pool table, foosball table , movie theater etc. if you want superb expertise Donnie is your man!     Donnie Waide is Lyndee Construction of Raleigh NC. He is great at turning dreams
    and ideas into a beautiful finished addition to your home. He has built several projects for my husband and I over the years including a Dream kitchen with custom built cabnites. On another project He converted a sunken large conversation pit into a sunroom with sunken hottub and exterior deck. Over the years Donnie has added other projects to our homes. Donnies work has always
    been professionel and reasonable. Give him call the next time you need remodeling
    or a new home.
