Founded in 2014 by Miguel Madrid, Madsa Corporation (“Madsaco DBA Madsa Development ”), was built with a vision of combining quality construction, modern technology and environmental-friendly features with a sensible affordability to bring more "real" to the real estate experience.
In keeping with our elevated vision, we pride ourselves in the way we do business. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate high quality workmanship and unwavering customer service with transparent and reasonable pricing – outstanding outcomes, no surprises.
Mr. Madrid holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, is experienced as both accountant and auditor, and has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and companies to address business needs and deliver excellent customer experiences. He runs the day-to-day operations of Madsa Development and serves as the primary client contact, from project inception through to completion. Across his engagements, Mr. Madrid works with a team of licensed contractors, roofers, plumbers, electricians and other specialty contractors as needed according to the assignment.
