DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had to use this company because they are the contractor AHS recommended with my insurance. I put in a service request and I was suppose to get a call from them to schedule an appointment for them to look at my gas furnace. They never called and just showed up without warning. No one was home and they told the insurance company I missed my appointment. That was clearly a lie. When I spoke to Tom about this manner, he blamed me for not being available versus them not notifying me. His tone and delivery was so unprofessional. I had to call them to schedule for someone to come out. Once I called, Tom said he would be out between 12-2pm and to please call AHS for a put in a recall ticket work order. I did that and come 3pm, he calls me saying he cannot come out because he did not receive the work order. So I called AHS again to try to get this resolved and then I called backed the contractor and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message and no one got back to me. The contractor blocked my phone number because they did not want to bother fixing the misunderstanding. I immediately called back on a different number and it went through with no problem. Once we did get someone out there, he didn't know what he was doing or talking about when it came to fixing a heater. He never fixed it! Less than an hour later, the heater started smoking and he had to call again. Long story short, this company is a joke and should be dropped from AHS contractors list. Main Line Plumbing Service is a terrible contractor.

SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was assigned MLP through HSA. When they didn't call, I called them on day 3. (service agreement is 48 hours) he proceeded to berated me and lecture me about being a "baby" and then hung up on me. I tried to transfer to another service provider but HSA would not do that. Finally they came out on day 5 and barely looked at the problem, misdiagnosed it as the compressor and said it needed to be approved by HSA. I called on day 8 and HSA said it was denied because the unit was struck by lightning. It was not. When I called MLP to inquire, he stated that my husband said it was hit by lightning. I don't have a husband. Finally got a 3rd party out only 2 hours after making a call and they identified a minor issue and fixed it immediately. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I believe they are running a scam with HSA.

Horrible service and Customer skills.
My interaction with the service rep was brief. He came to my door and asked for the 60$ service call fee. Asked what the problem was and said I would have to contact the home warranty company to and so the warrant company could contact them for the diagnosis. My AC was cooling when the service tech arrived at my home. I had no cooling when he left. He disconnected the outside disconnect bar and placed it in the condensing unit. When I called Main Line Plumbing I was told the Cost of repair would be 550$. When I spoke with the home warranty company I was informed that the reimbursement would be 150$. I took it upon myself to repair the unit. I purchased a run capacitor, cost 60$ and replaced it with defective one. I replaced the power connect bar and the AC is working perfectly. I will not be using main line plumbing in Chester Springs, PA and I do not recommend them!!!

They came on time and did the job that was expected. My brand new furnace almost died on me and it was only 2 years old. I thought is going to be a big job but one little part needed to be replaced. The ignitor was the problem and Kelly replaced it and had the heater back on in SECONDS. I have never seen a job done that quick it baffled me. The came and did what was needed and my wife and I were very pleased. Thank you so much Main Line Plumbing Service Inc. Thank you and God Bless you.
