I do not recommend this contractor. Although he is very responsive and gets major work done you will not be satisfied with the quality after paying for it. Only hvac was done well but even that ran into issues as they ran construction dust into a functioning hvac. Had to get that fixed and all the painting tiling drywall is very poor quality. He also did some illegal permit work thet got him into trouble with the town and significant delays. He does work with you collaborating to get the right thing buikt but end of day quality matters.
